Flow Prescriptions. Provided Dillsboro Dam is removed, there will be no requests or support for prescribed flows of any kind (minimum flows, bypass flows, recreation flows, channel maintenance flows, etc.) other than the prescribed flows proposed herein, except for emergency requests to support human health, environmental health, human safety or to avoid property damage.
