Common use of Flush Toilets Clause in Contracts

Flush Toilets. The Employer shall supply flush toilets, wash up facilities and hand cleaner. It shall be the mutual responsibility of the Employer and their employees to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Employer's Lunch Rooms and toilet facilities. On jobs of insufficient size or length to warrant the above conditions, this Section shall not apply. In the event that proper toilet facilities as described above are not provided, no employee will be penalized for leaving the job in the case of necessity.
