FLYING PAY. An employee required to perform duties with equipment while in flight, such as flight calibration or magnetometer surveys, shall be paid an allowance of one hundred dollars ($100) per month provided that completes fifteen (15) hours in the performance of such duties each quarter. The Employer will make every reasonable effort to allocate such duties on an equitable basis among available qualified employees.
