FMLA and CFRA. Unit members are eligible for leave under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). The parties will prepare a memorandum covering the various rights and obligations, including those areas where discretion may be exercised by the District and/or employees.
