Common use of Food and Beverage Cleaning Fee Clause in Contracts

Food and Beverage Cleaning Fee. Tenant shall pay to City the Food and Beverage Cleaning Fee in monthly installments, in advance, on or before the Rent Commencement Date and the first (1st) day of each calendar month thereafter. The Food and Beverage Cleaning Fee shall adjust on July 1st of the second Lease Year and each July 1st thereafter based on Tenant’s Gross Revenues during the prior calendar year and the Airport’s projected food and beverage cleaning costs.
