Food Safety/Food Recalls. In accordance with the federal regulatory provision at 7 CFR § 250.4(c)(2), the AGENCY agrees that the AGENCY, and any entity to whom it provides COMMODITY, will follow all applicable Federal, State, or local requirements for COMMODITY relating to food safety and/or subject to a food recall. This includes following procedures and instructions from PDA for responding to COMMMODITY subject to a food recall to ensure that such foods are isolated, inspected, and recovered in an expeditious manner.
