For All Students. Student will sign this Contract electronically by signing via DocuSign on the housing portal. By taking this step, Student (1) certifies he/she has read this Contract in full and understands and agrees to all its terms and conditions; (2) agrees to pay all charges arising under this Contract and any extension thereof when due and in accordance with the regulations of The University of Texas at San Antonio, together with all fees and other costs for the collection of any amount not paid when due as specified herein; and (3) acknowledges the University will not grant the license described herein unless personal guarantee of payment of all charges or obligations under this Contract is made by you.
