For CHP. Notwithstanding above, CSLEA may request to change to or from an alternate work schedule at a Communications Center (CC). CSLEA’s request may be submitted to the Commander of the CC only after a minimum of two- thirds (2/3) of the affected and eligible employees have voted in favor of the change.
