Common use of For City’s Convenience Clause in Contracts

For City’s Convenience. This Agreement is for the convenience of the City and, as such, may be terminated without cause after receipt by Contractor of written notice by the City. The Notice of Termination shall specify the effective date of termination, which shall be not less than five (5) calendar days from the date the notice is personally delivered or ten (10) days from the date the Notice of Termination is sent by another method. Upon termination for convenience, Contractor shall be paid, for all undisputed materials or services that were delivered prior to the termination date.
