The Contractor shall immediately notify the City of any suspected or reported violations. Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment: Contractors executing contracts with the City shall sign the Vendor Questionnaire, providing certification of compliance to the Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 U.S.C. 1352). Each tier certifies to the tier above that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. 13652. Each tier shall also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the City. No Conflict of Interest: Contractor confirms that Contractor does not have a business interest or a close family relationship with any City officer or employee who was, is, or will be involved in the Contractor selection, negotiation, drafting, signing, administration, or evaluating the Contractor's performance.

AEG shall ensure that no Services hereunder are performed by any person (employee, subcontractor, or otherwise) hired, retained or employed by AEG who both: (1) to AEG’s actual knowledge was a City officer or employee within the past twelve (12) months; and (2) as such was officially involved in, participated in, or acted upon any matter related to the services hereunder, or is otherwise prohibited from such performance by SMC 4.16.075.

  • Disqualification of Former Employees GRANTEE is familiar with the provisions relating to the disqualification of former officers and employees of CITY in matters which are connected with former duties or official responsibilities as set forth in Chapter 12.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code (“Revolving Door Ordinance”).   • Permanent Employees The allocations outlined in paragraphs b) and c) above will be provided on the first day of each fiscal year, or the first day of employment, subject to the exceptions below: Where a permanent Employee is accessing sick leave and/or the short-term disability plan in a fiscal year and the absence continues into the following fiscal year for the same medical condition, the permanent Employee will continue to access any unused sick leave days or short-term disability days from the previous fiscal year’s allocation. The permanent Employee’s new sick leave allocation will be eleven (11) days at 100% wages.
