If you are a consumer, meaning a natural person, and your account is established primarily for personal, family or household purposes, you must review each statement and any notice we make available to you promptly but at most within 30 calendar days from the time we make the statement available and notify us immediately if the statement reflects a forged or unauthorized item or transaction. If you do not receive your bank statement when you should, contact us at once.
