Common use of For non-industrial work Clause in Contracts

For non-industrial work. two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for each and every hour worked by any employee covered under the terms of this Agreement. Such contributions are to be made by the Employer and no Employer shall deduct such contributions or any part thereof from an employee's wages. Such contributions are a payment in excess of the wage rates set out in this Agreement and do not constitute a payment of wages.
