For Sale Signs. Only the for sale sign of the listing broker may be placed on a property.
For Sale Signs. The Buyer must not permit any real estate agents' 'for sale' signs to be erected on the Property until construction of the House on the Property is at lock-up stage or later.
For Sale Signs. No personal "FOR SALE" signs are allowed to be posted on boats while in the marina, and unescorted prospective buyers will not be permitted in the marina to view boats. PETS: All pets must be leased at all times and picked up after.

For the purposes of clarity, this clause is not intended to prevent the registered proprietor of the Lot from selling or otherwise disposing of the Lot;
For Sale Signs. No For Sale sign may be erected on the land for the full duration of the marketing period, as determined by the Seller, without the prior written consent of the Seller which consent may be granted unconditionally or subject to conditions.
For Sale Signs. No overboard discharge of any kind is allowed. No macerators are allowed to be used. If a boat has a macerator, it must be disconnected while boat is docked in marina, or we have the right to disconnect it. There are bathrooms on land for your personal use.
