For Sale Signs. Only the for sale sign of the listing broker may be placed on a property.
For Sale Signs. The Buyer must not permit any real estate agents' 'for sale' signs to be erected on the Property until construction of the House on the Property is at lock-up stage or later.
For Sale Signs. 6.1 “For Sale” or similar signs may not exceed 12” x 12” and must be placed inside the window of the Home.

Landlord and Landlord's agents, employees or representatives may enter upon the Premises to place the usual "For Rent" or "For Sale" signs and to conduct interested parties through said Premises at reasonable hours during the six (6) month period preceding the expiration of the term of this Lease.
For Sale Signs. No personal “FOR SALE” signs are allowed to be posted on boats while in the marina, and unescorted prospective buyers will not be permitted in the marina to view boats. PETS: All pets must be leased at all times and picked up after.
For Sale Signs. Any adult Registered User wishing to sell campsite items may post a “For Sale” sign on the bulletin boards after approval of such posting by the Farm Committee.

In relation only to Lots upon which a dwelling is yet to be constructed, from the date that a separate certificate of title for the Lot issues and for a period of two (2) years after that date, display or erect thereon any “For Sale” sign. For the purposes of clarity, this clause is not intended to prevent the registered proprietor of the Lot from selling or otherwise disposing of the Lot;
