  • Film Children shall be restricted from viewing age-restricted films classified according to the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification. Hirers should ensure that they have the appropriate copyright licences for film.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Branding 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2 of this Attachment, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to CBB, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers.   • PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.
