For Vendor Responsibility Related Findings. ITS may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract if it finds at any time during the term of the Contract that the Contractor is non-responsible, or that any information provided in the Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire submitted with Contractor’s bid was materially false or incomplete, or if the Contractor fails to timely or truthfully comply with ITS' request to update its Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire.
