FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. A. Agreement: The Agency and the Union agree that for the full term of the Agreement (as set forth in Section B of this Article and, as may be applicable, in Section C of this Article) the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unchanged unless the parties consent to a change in the Agreement, or as required by applicable law.
