Common use of Force Majeure Event exceeds Clause in Contracts

Force Majeure Event exceeds. 30 Days Notwithstanding anything contained herein above, if an event of Force Majeure occurs and is likely to continue for a period in excess of thirty (30) days, the Parties shall meet to discuss the consequences of the Force Majeure and the course of action to be taken to mitigate the effects thereof or to be adopted in the circumstances.
