Forced Labor Act. Grantee certifies that it complies with the State Prohibition of Goods from Forced Labor Act, and certifies that no foreign-made equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the State under this Agreement have been or will be produced in whole or in part by forced labor, convict labor, or indentured labor under penal sanction (30 ILCS 583). (q) Illinois Use Tax. Grantee certifies in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/50-12 that it is not barred from receiving an Award under this Paragraph. Grantee acknowledges that this Agreement may be declared void if this certification is false.
