Common use of Forced Labor Act Clause in Contracts

Forced Labor Act. Subgrantee certifies in accordance with Public Act 93-0307 that no foreign- made equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the State of Illinois under the grant have been produced in whole or in part by forced labor, convict labor, or indentured labor under penal sanction.
