  • Maximum Statutory Penalties 8. Defendant understands that the charge to which he is pleading guilty carries the following statutory penalties:

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notices or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, GMI agrees to pay three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in civil penalties.
