FORFEITURE OF VACATION PAY. Employees guilty of and discharged for proven dishonesty shall forfeit all rights to such pro rata vacation pay. In the event the Employer wishes to make use of this Article, and upon complaint of the employee concerned, the Union may investigate the case.
