Forfeitures of Non-Vested Account Balances. A Terminated Participant shall forfeit his or her non-vested Account balance as of the Settlement Date following the Sweep Date on which he or she is determined to be a Terminated Participant.   • Account Balance The Servicer must never allow any Custodial T&I Account to become overdrawn as to any individual related Borrower. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the Servicer must advance its own funds to cure the overdraft.
