Form of Lists of Receivables. Any List of Receivables may be delivered to the Collateral Agent in electronic form (including as an e-mail attachment) or in such other form as may be agreed between the Collateral Agent and the Assignor, provided that the Collateral Agent may in its sole discretion request a print-out in addition to such other form.
