Common use of Form of margin Clause in Contracts

Form of margin. Unless otherwise agreed, Xxxxxx must be paid in cash. The currency of the cash Margin you pay to us shall be the currency of the relevant underlying Transaction (if applicable) or as we may in our discretion reasonably decide from time to time. You are required at all times to maintain in your Account sufficient Funds to meet all Margin requirements.
