Formal complaints must be investigated. The investigation process shall involve interviews with the complainant, the alleged respondent and any witnesses named by either. Within fourteen (14) working days of the incident that Manager shall investigate the incident and prepare a written report of the investigation findings. The report shall be provided along with recommendations, if any, to the Executive Director or designate.
