Former Service Agreements. (A) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto in relation to the subject matter hereof and shall be in substitution for and supersedes all and any previous service agreements entered into between any company in the Group and the Director and for any terms of employment previously in force between any such company and the Director, whether or not on a legal or formal basis.
