Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

Independent Development Receiving Party may currently or in the future be developing information internally, or receiving information internally, or receiving information from other parties that may be similar to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information. Accordingly, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as a representation or inference that Receiving Party will not develop or have developed products or services, that, without violation of this Agreement, might compete with the products or systems contemplated by the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information.
