The Union will supply the Company with Initiation Deduction Authorization Forms, Application for Membership Forms, Dues Deduction Authorization Forms, all of which shall be signed by all new employees on the date of hire. It will be the responsibility of the Company to ensure that all completed Applications for Membership Forms are returned to the Union. All forms shall be returned to the Union within seven (7) days from the date of hire.
