Forms to be Signed by New Employees. The Union will supply the Company with Initiation Deduction Authorization Forms, Application for Membership Forms, and Dues Deduction Authorization all of which shall be signed by all new employees on the day of hire. It will be the responsibility of the Company to ensure that all completed Application for Membership Forms are returned to the Union. All forms shall be returned to the Union within seven (7) days the date of hire. Section All new employees eligible for membership in the Union shall, as a condition of their employment, join the Union upon completion of their probationary period.
