Forward Correspondence. Pass to the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent as soon as is reasonably practicable following receipt, any notice or other communication left on or delivered or posted to the Property that are addressed to the Landlord with the exception of obvious circulars or marketing material.

Forward Correspondence. Pass to the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent, as outlined in clause 6.2 of this Agreement, without undue delay and as soon as is reasonably practicable following receipt, any notice or other communication left on or delivered or posted to the Property with the exception of obvious circulars or marketing material. The Tenant may be liable for penalties imposed on the Landlord arising from failure to reasonably comply with this requirement.
