Foundation Survey. Upon the completion of the construction of the foundation for any building constituting a part of the Improvements, the Borrower will promptly submit to the City for its approval two (2) copies of a foundation survey of the Property prepared by a North Carolina registered land surveyor showing no violation of any restrictions, zoning or covenants pertaining to the Property. If requested by the City, the Borrower shall cause the surveyor preparing such survey to submit to the City a certification as to the absence of any encroachments from or onto the Land and compliance by the Improvements with all relevant zoning requirements and restrictive covenants governing the size, location and height of such Improvements. The Borrower will cause such survey to be delivered to the title insurance company issuing the Title Policy and shall cause the company to issue an endorsement providing coverage as to matters of survey.
Foundation Survey. Upon the completion of the construction of the foundations for all buildings constituting one of the three blocks of the Improvements or as otherwise agreed to by the City, the Borrower will promptly submit to the City for its approval two (2) copies of a foundation survey of the Property prepared by a North Carolina registered land surveyor showing no violation of any restrictions, zoning or covenants pertaining to the Property. If requested by the City, the Borrower shall cause the surveyor preparing such survey to submit to the City a certification as to the absence of any encroachments from or onto the Land and compliance by the Improvements with all relevant zoning requirements and restrictive covenants governing the size, location and height of such Improvements. The Borrower will cause such survey to be delivered to the title insurance company issuing the Title Policy and shall cause the company to issue an endorsement providing coverage as to matters of survey.
Foundation Survey. Not later than thirty (30) days after completion of all foundations with respect to the Improvements, Borrower shall furnish to Lender a survey of the Land with such foundations of the Improvements located thereon, and also satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 8.1(f).

If as a result of the renovation and construction, the "foot print" of the Improvements now situated on the Land and depicted in the survey required under Section 7.10 changes substantially, the Bank may request a location survey of the Real Property prepared by a licensed surveyor satisfactory to the Bank which locates all foundations and/or footers for the Improvements and which survey certifies that all foundations and/or footers are so placed that the Improvements will be located within the lot lines of the Land and will be located in compliance with all restrictions and ordinances relating to building setback and location of structures.
Foundation Survey. Not later than thirty (30) days after completion of the foundation with respect to the Improvements, Borrowers shall furnish to Agent a survey of the Land with the foundation of the Improvements located thereon.

Foundation Survey. 4.20.1 After completion of the foundation and before any part thereof has been covered, Contractor shall promptly notify Owner and Architect of such completion to permit the Owner, at his sole election, to cause to be performed, a survey of the foundation to determine its actual physical location in relation to all boundary lines and servitudes.

Foundation Survey. 2.1 The property survey shall be updated to show the location of added building foundations. It shall show horizontal lengths of all sides and the relation thereof by distances to: (a) all boundary lines of the parcel; (b) servient easements; (c) established building lines; and (d) street lines.
2.2 Certification shall be updated to the date the foundation survey was made.
