FPO NOTIFIES DC SHPO. To facilitate consultation and encourage consideration of a broad range of alternatives, the FPO notifies the DC SHPO by submitting a URR outlining any proposed excavation, construction or any other ground- disturbing activity (“Ground-Disturbing Activity”) on any portion of the Home early in project planning process. The URR will be accompanied by a report of additional Phase 1 archeological investigation of all areas that will be subject to ground-disturbing activities. This report will include additional historical and map research that completes a finer-grained identification of archeological potential, and the categorization of specific levels of disturbance and filling of the subject areas. Please note that upon review o the URR, the DC SHPO may require testing areas of archeological potential to determine National Register eligibility, and mitigation of adverse effects through data recovery or other means. (See Step 2).

  • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council:

  • AUTHORIZATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I authorize Xxxxx Management to obtain reports from any consumer or criminal record reporting agencies before, during, and after tenancy on matters relating to my Application and Lease with Xxxxx Management and to verify, by all available means, the information in this Application, including criminal background information, income and housing history, and other information reported by any state or federal agency (ex: Social Security Administration). I understand that this authorization cannot be used to obtain any information about me that is not pertinent to my eligibility and continued participation as a qualified applicant or resident.

  • Alternate or Supplemental Pricing Documents No response Optional. If when completing Pricing Form 1 & Pricing Form 2 you direct TIPS to view additional, alternate, or supplemental pricing documentation, you may upload that documentation.

  • Third-Party Certifications and Audits Upon Customer’s written request at reasonable intervals, and subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the Agreement and this DPA, Data Processor shall make available to Customer (or Customer’s independent, third-party auditor that is not a competitor of Data Processor) a copy of Data Processor’s then most recent third-party audits or certifications, as applicable (provided, however, that such audits, certifications and the results therefrom, including the documents reflecting the outcome of the audit and/or the certifications, shall only be used by Customer to assess compliance with this DPA and/or with applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, and shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party without Data Processor’s prior written approval and, upon Data Processor's first request, Customer shall return all records or documentation in Customer's possession or control provided by Data Processor in the context of the audit and/or the certification). With respect to audits and inspections, the parties shall discuss in good faith and agree on the scope, timing and details of the audits and inspections. To the extent that Data Processor’s obligations in this section involve more than 8 hours/man of work, Customer shall bear the costs and expenses of complying with this clause.

  • Authorization of Transaction The Buyer has full power and authority (including full corporate power and authority) to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder. This Agreement constitutes the valid and legally binding obligation of the Buyer, enforceable in accordance with its terms and conditions.

  • Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.

  • Vendor certifies: NONE (Section A): None of the employees of Vendor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Vendor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided under this procurement. OR SOME (Section B): Some or all of the employees of Vendor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Vendor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history; (2) If Vendor receives information that a covered employee subsequently has a reported criminal history, Vendor will immediately remove the covered employee from contract duties and notify the purchasing entity in writing within 3 business days; (3) Upon request, Vendor will provide the purchasing entity with the name and any other requested information of covered employees so that the purchasing entity may obtain criminal history record information on the covered employees; (4) If the purchasing entity objects to the assignment of a covered employee on the basis of the covered employee's criminal history record information, Xxxxxx agrees to discontinue using that covered employee to provide services at the purchasing entity. None Certification Regarding "Choice of Law" Terms with TIPS Members Vendor agrees that if any "Choice of Law" provision is included in any sales agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Choice of Law" applicable to the sales agreement/contract between Vendor and TIPS Member shall be the state where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a "Choice of Law" clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable. If Vendor disagrees, after this solicitation legally closes and TIPS begins evaluating Vendor's file, TIPS will provide Vendor with a draft Word Document version of the Vendor Agreement and will be instructed to include all requested negotiations as redline edits for TIPS consideration.   • AS AGENT FOR BOTH - INTERMEDIARY To act as an intermediary between the parties the broker must first obtain the written agreement of each party to the transaction.
