Common use of Frame Embargo Period Clause in Contracts

Frame Embargo Period. During frame conversions, service orders and ASRs shall be subject to an embargo period for services and facilities connected to the affected frame. For conversion of trunks where VZW mirrors their existing circuit design from the old frame to the new frame on a like-for-like basis, such embargo period shall extend from thirty (30) Days prior to the Conversion Date until five (5) Days after the Conversion Date. If VZW requests the addition of trunk capacity or modification of circuit characteristics (i.e., change of AMI to B8ZS) to the new frame, new facility ASRs shall be placed, and the embargo period shall extend from sixty (60) Days prior to the Conversion Date until five (5) Days after the Conversion Date. Prior to instituting an embargo period, Qwest shall identify the particular dates and locations for frame conversion embargo periods in its ICONN database in substantially the same time and manner as Qwest notifies itself, its End User Customers, Affiliates, or any other party.
