Framework Award Provisions Relevant to Medical Officers. The parties agree to continue to apply the provisions of the Queensland Health Framework Award - State 2012 relevant to medical officers for the life of this agreement. The parties agree to work collaboratively to identify any employee entitlement matters derived from this award during the life of this agreement and to ensure the maintenance of such entitlements, where necessary, in legislation or an appropriate industrial instrument.
