Framework Mobilisation. 3.1. Immediately following confirmation of award, framework implementation meetings will take place between the Authority and the Contractor(s). During these meetings the Contractor(s) will be expected to support and develop the content of a Buyer’s Guide and Supplier Catalogue. The Contractor(s) will also be expected to support the ratification of the pricing and provision of quotation methodology. The Contractor will ensure that the Account Manager or equivalent senior representative attends all Implementation Meetings. The Contractor’s representative must be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Contractor’s organisation.
