Free and Clear of Liens. Except as may be otherwise specifically permitted under the Loan Documents, Borrower shall not make any contract or arrangement of any kind which would give rise to a lien on any portion of the Property. The Renovation shall be completed by Borrower free and clear of all mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens.
