Common use of Free-Standing Partitions Clause in Contracts

Free-Standing Partitions. Tenant shall have the right to install free-standing work station partitions, without Landlord’s prior written consent, so long as no building or other governmental permit is required for their installation or relocation; however, if a permit is required, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such relocation or installation. The free-standing work station partitions for which Tenant pays shall be part of Tenant’s trade fixtures for all purposes under this Lease. All other partitions installed in the Premises are and shall be Landlord’s property for all purposes under this Lease.
