Freedom of Association. A & S personnel’s participation or non-participation in religious, political or Association activities conducted outside of duty hours and off school property shall not be grounds for disciplinary action or for discrimination with respect to professional employment, providing said activities do not violate local, state or national laws and are not prejudicial to the person’s performance of duties.
