Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy. a. The Minister is the institution head for the purposes of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The Minister has delegated all of his or her powers and duties under the FIPPA to the Chair with respect to the Agency pursuant to a delegation document dated January 20, 2008, as amended from time to time. The Chair recognizes that the Minister is ultimately responsible and accountable to the Legislature for ensuring compliance with the FIPPA.
