Freight Shipment. Exhibitor should use the shipping labels provided by Emerald for the Event to ensure proper shipment and identification of freight to the Event. Shipments made in advance to the authorized Event contractor, as per instructions in the Exhibitor Service Manual, will be delivered to Exhibitor’s booth. At the close of Event, if Exhibitor desires to arrange shipment of its exhibit materials by its own carrier, it should submit a xxxx of lading for pick-up and inform Event’s authorized contractor of its arrangements. If the pick-up does not occur within a reasonable time, the authorized contractor may take the shipment to the contractor’s warehouse at Exhibitor’s own risk and expense.

Exhibit merchandise and/or samples will not be permitted to be taken out of the exhibition area during the Event.
