Common use of Frequency and Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Frequency and Eligibility. Subject to the limits of the Plan and to the Administrator’s authority to limit Contributions under the terms of this Plan, for each period for which a Contribution Election is in effect, the Employer shall contribute to the Plan on behalf of each Participant an amount equal to the amount designated by the Participant as a Pre-Tax Contribution on his or her Contribution Election.
