Frequency Bands. Consumer Signal Boosters must be designed and manu- factured such that they only operate on the frequencies used for the provi- sion of subscriber-based services under parts 22 (Cellular), 24 (Broadband PCS), 27 (AWS–1, 700 MHz Lower A–E Blocks, and 700 MHz Upper C Block), and 90 (Specialized Mobile Radio) of this chap- ter. The Commission will not certifi- cate any Consumer Signal Boosters for operation on part 90 of this chapter (Specialized Mobile Radio) frequencies until the Commission releases a public notice announcing the date Consumer Signal Boosters may be used in the band.
Frequency Bands. The provisions of this Agreement apply to the frequency bands between 150 and 285 kHz and between 525 and 1 605 kHz allocated to the broadcasting service under Article 5 of the Radio Regulations, Geneva, 1959.
