Frequent Admissions Clause Samples

The Frequent Admissions clause establishes the terms under which a party may access a facility or premises multiple times within a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency, duration, and any conditions or limitations associated with repeated entries, such as security protocols or advance notice requirements. Its core practical function is to provide clear guidelines for managing regular access, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring operational efficiency for both parties.
