Contract Negotiation Meetings. When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Preparatory Contract Negotiation Meetings
Contract Negotiation Meetings. The Employer will grant leave without pay to not more than two employees for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. Upon reasonable notification, the Employer shall grant leave with pay for five (5) employees for the purpose of attending contract negotiations on behalf of the Union for the duration of such negotiations.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. Where operational requirements permit NAV CANADA will grant leave without pay to a reasonable number of employees to attend negotiation meetings on behalf of the Union.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. Where operational requirements permit, four (4) employees will be granted leave with pay to attend contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Association. The Association shall pay substitute employee costs incurred as a result of these meetings.

Contract Negotiation Meetings. (1) Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to a maximum of six (6) employees for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. The Employer agrees that while employees are attending contract negotiation meetings, the Employer shall continue any fringe benefit contributions and employees shall continue to earn any applicable credits.
(2) The parties have agreed that two (2) of the six (6) employees attending contract negotiation meetings in (1) above, where practicable, will be from a location outside of the City of Whitehorse.
(3) Notwithstanding (1) where the employee has been granted leave without pay to attend the initial contract negotiation meeting on behalf of the Alliance, the Employer will grant leave without pay to the employee for all subsequent contract negotiation meetings.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. The Employer agrees to pay two (2) members of the Union’s bargaining team for time spent on contract negotiation meetings, up to a maximum of thirty (30) days for each member.
Contract Negotiation Meetings. (a) Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to a maximum of four (4) employees from Whitehorse General Hospital, one
(1) employee from Xxxxxx Lake Community Hospital and one (1) employee from Xxxxxx City Community Hospital for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Union. The Employer agrees that while employees are attending contract negotiation meetings the Employer shall continue their fringe benefit contributions and the employees shall continue to earn normal credits.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) where the employee has been granted leave without pay to attend the initial contract negotiation meeting on behalf of the Union, the Employer will grant leave without pay to the employee for all subsequent contract negotiation meetings.
