FTE position. In the case of displacement, the job share team may choose to displace the least senior teacher in the building (if available) or go to into the displaced pool as a 1.0 FTE team (ranked by the seniority of the least senior of the job share team) or have someone in the building volunteer to be displaced and then the job share team could possibly take the position.
