Common use of Fuel Oil Release Clause in Contracts

Fuel Oil Release. We will pay up to $10,000 for each loss for accidental direct physical loss to covered property caused by the abrupt and accidental escape of liquid fuel oil from a fixed household tank, appa- ratus, or pipes that are part of a heating unit for the dwelling. This includes damage to covered property resulting from an accidental spill or overflow of fuel oil in the course of filling a fixed household tank. This coverage includes surface clean up only. We will not pay for:
