Fuel Usage Factor for Asphalt Line. Items If the Design-Build Team elects to pursue reimbursement for Fuel Price Adjustments, the Design-Build Team shall select either the 0.90 or 2.90 Fuel Usage Factor for each individual asphalt line item by marking the appropriate Factor on the Fuel Usage Factor Chart and Estimate of Quantities sheet. If the Design-Build Team does not mark either Fuel Usage Factor or marks both Fuel Usage Factors for an asphalt line item, the 2.90 Fuel Usage Factor shall be used for that asphalt line item.
