Full-Time Sick Leave and Long Term Disability. Sick leave as provided for in Article 12 shall be as follows: 75 days 7.5 hours = 562.5 hours. In accordance with the HOODIP Plan, short term coverage will be sixty (60) ten (10) hour tours. Sick time utilization shall be based on the number of hours absent according to the work schedule.
