Common use of Full-time Union Business Clause in Contracts

Full-time Union Business. (a) An employee who has been offered a temporary or full-time position with the Canadian Union of Public Employees, the British Columbia Federation of Labour, or the Canadian Labour Congress shall be granted an unpaid leave of absence without loss of seniority for the term of the appointment.
