Full-time Workday Clause Samples
The Full-time Workday clause defines the standard number of hours and days an employee is expected to work in a typical workweek. It typically specifies the daily start and end times, total weekly hours, and may address expectations for breaks or overtime eligibility. By clearly outlining these parameters, the clause ensures both employer and employee have a mutual understanding of work commitments, reducing the risk of disputes over working hours and helping to manage workload expectations.
